Job Summary
Boots-on-the-ground Safety Technician role supporting multiple construction sites with hands-on safety audits, incident investigations, and training. You’ll collaborate with project teams to identify hazards, implement control measures, ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance, lead root-cause analysis, and deliver safety training in field and classroom settings while maintaining safety culture and continuity across sites.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or extended shifts
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and on active job sites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
