Job Summary
Safety Technician will support JCB North American headquarters operations in Pooler, GA, focusing on OSHA general industry manufacturing, environmental responsibilities, and related regulatory compliance; majority of time on the manufacturing floor. Responsibilities include supporting OSHA programs, developing and updating policies, leading incident investigations, preparing EHS performance reports, implementing sustainability initiatives, conducting inspections/audits, providing safety guidance to employees and contractors, training employees on forklifts and P.I.Ts, identifying at-risk behaviors, creating PowerPoint/Excel documentation, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years related experience in general industry manufacturing environments
- Preferred OSHA 10/30 card, environmental certifications
