Conduct daily field safety oversight for electrical construction activities at a large-scale data center project in Sullivan, IN. Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas to monitor electrical installations, utility construction, and related infrastructure. Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments while working directly with electricians, foremen, and supervision to identify and correct unsafe conditions. Support Lockout/Tagout and hazardous energy control activities, review Job Hazard Analyses, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific requirements. Document observations, track corrective actions, participate in incident investigations, and provide field coaching to reinforce safe work practices.
