Job Summary
Manage site calls, greet patients and visitors, and conduct contraband wands for all building entries. Liaise with community and emergency services while collecting insurance and identification documents for new admissions. Perform environmental rounding for contraband, monitor fire panels, and assist with overhead code activations. Maintain confidentiality of patient data, de-escalate verbal conflicts, and accurately communicate patient issues to the team. Ensure a safe, healthy work environment through hazard identification and control. Full-time role with every other weekend commitment, offering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to ambulate around campus
- 50% walking
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. maximum

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible to sudden changes in workload, emergency or staffing
- Dependable
- Problem solving skills

- Competent in verbal de-escalation
- Accurately communicates with team and supervisor any patient issues that arise during shift
- Maintains confidentiality of the site, specifically related to patient identification and documentation

- Microsoft office proficient
- Ability to use various office equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience as a security guard
