Safety Tech - Austin Industrial - (La Porte, tX)

Execute the site safety program on assigned projects by observing work, coaching craft employees, and auditing operations in the field. Build relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor safety reps to ensure compliance with company and customer policies. Assist in creating safety reports, accident investigation documents, and training orientations aligned with project schedules. Help project supervision resolve safety issues and fill in for the site HSE manager during absences. Participate in regional safety organizations and represent the company professionally with all stakeholders. Requires 4 years of maintenance and construction safety experience, a valid driver's license, TWIC card, and CSST/NCCER certification.
