Job Summary
Safety Surveillance / Pharmacovigilance Associate responsible for identifying, assessing, and processing individual case safety reports in Pfizer's global safety database, writing/editing case narratives, and ensuring regulatory timelines. Supports the team with prioritization decisions, case classifications (validity, seriousness, labeling), and escalation of complex issues. Collaborates with Pfizer Country Organizations, Clinical Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, utilizing standard procedures and safety database tools (e.g., Argus). Requires a science-related Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English and French; role is hybrid with 50% office time in Warsaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, Pharmacy, or equivalent (healthcare professional qualification preferred)
- Fluent English (B2 or higher) and French
- Experience in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, or clinical/scientific research is an advantage but not required
- Ability to manage data in a Safety database (Argus preferred) is advantageous
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment ( Warsaw office 50% time)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate in global teams
