Safety Supervisor

Maintain the Safety Management System by updating records, reports, and logs while monitoring and improving safety programs in alignment with OSHA regulations. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazardous conditions, then lead incident investigations to determine root causes and verify corrective actions. Observe work practices to ensure proper PPE use, collaborate on Job Safety Analyses, and coordinate training programs including toolbox talks and emergency drills. Ensure contractor compliance, support Occupational Health services, and maintain a regular presence on the production floor to reinforce safety culture. Adjust priorities for operational demands and resolve concerns across departments.
