Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards while enforcing HSE policies and ensuring compliance with OSHA, IADC, API, and local regulations. Lead emergency response efforts, investigate incidents, and organize training, toolbox talks, and drills for all personnel. Oversee waste management, spill prevention, and environmental compliance measures while maintaining records and tracking safety performance indicators. Work closely with rig management and crew members to promote a strong safety culture in remote oil field environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE roles within drilling operations / oil s gas industry
- Fluent English
