Job Summary
Safety Supervisor on a dedicated first shift (Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM) responsible for day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) support to site leadership and operations, coaching and training personnel on safe operating behaviors, and designing/implementing safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT) and continuous improvement of HSE performance. Leads risk control, audits, policy implementation, training, incident investigation, and data reporting to achieve best-in-class HSE standards and a self-directed safety culture at the facility. Requires Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years in a warehouse HSE role, and strong communication, training, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in an HSE management capacity
- Knowledge of safety and health management systems and practices
