Job Summary
Conduct safety audits on job sites, personnel, equipment, and materials while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, and other regulations. Analyze incidents and accidents for trends to recommend improvements, maintain job site records, and report findings to management. Organize and deliver safety training for employees and vendors, responding effectively to emergency situations. This field-heavy role requires significant site work, including walking, climbing, and working in varying conditions. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in Occupational Health & Safety
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety standards
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
- Significant fieldwork in all areas of job sites
- Ability to walk, climb, and work in varying conditions
