Job Summary
Develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and procedures; monitor OSHA regulations; serve as SME on OSHA compliance; oversee OSHA recordkeeping; conduct risk assessments; lead safety training and inspections; prepare safety reports; manage safety communications and emergency protocols; foster a proactive safety culture. Requires extensive OSHA knowledge, strong leadership, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish proficiency. Role may cover multiple job sites in the Tulsa area; company truck provided.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
- Lead and participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action development
- Bilingual: Spanish required
- Occasional lifting may be required
- Truck provided for use by the Safety Specialist
- Role may cover multiple job sites across the Tulsa area
