Job Summary
Conduct weekly safety audits on personnel, equipment, and materials at job sites. Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees and vendors while researching new materials handling processes. Analyze accident reports, evaluate injuries, and review incident inquiries to report problems to management. Implement new safety protocols and training modules. Requires 6+ years in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry with a Bachelor's degree, CTSP certification preferred, and Pesticide License Cat 6. Full-time role with health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construct and/or tree industry
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years' experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry
- Must meet I-9 requirements
- Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- CTSP Certification preferred
- Pesticide License Cat 6
- Certification in all Company training modules
