Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance by conducting daily safety meetings, performing daily safety audits and inspections, and inspecting power tools and heavy equipment for safe operation. Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations while ensuring all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE). This full-time role requires a minimum of 5+ years of construction safety experience, including OSHA 30 hour certification and First Aid/CPR training. Candidates must have specific experience in Solar Construction Safety, Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, Steel Erection, and Excavation. Based in Holland, IN, you will join HazTek Safety Management's network of over 275 safety professionals dedicated to building a culture where every worker goes home safe.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
- Experience in Solar Construction Safety
- Experience in Fall Protection
- Experience in Electrical Safety
- Experience in Steel Erection
- Experience in Excavation
- Excellent verbal and written skills
