Job Summary

Conduct daily field walks to evaluate safety program effectiveness and log observations in the leading indicator system. Execute project-specific corrective action plans, support incident investigations, and facilitate injury/illness cases. Provide coaching to employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors, recognize safe behaviors, and assist with job site orientations and basic safety training. Attend assigned morning safety meetings, evaluate crew participation, and assess foreman compliance with program elements. Raise potential compliance risks to Safety leadership and ensure regulatory adherence across federal, state, and local standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Understanding of electrical industry consensus standards such as NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI
  • 0-2 years of construction safety experience
  • Electrical safety experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with union workforce
  • CPR/FA Certified (Trainer)
  • STS and STSC certification
  • Other safety certifications
  • Bi-lingual proficiency
