Job Summary
Develop and implement new and existing programs to improve health, environmental, and safety performance across production, construction, and I&E projects. Plan and coordinate emergency response activities while conducting audits and assessments to maintain accurate records. Handle internal and external reporting and prepare written reports on safety and environmental matters. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies within oil and gas operations, including oversight of subcontractors and excavation/trenching activities. This 7&7 offshore or site-based role requires collaboration with employees, contractors, landowners, and regulatory personnel to reduce incidents. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in health, environmental, and safety (HES) within oil and gas operations
- Competency in excavation and trenching, lifting/hoisting operations, and safety oversight of subcontractors on job sites
- Working knowledge of HES regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels
- Experience in developing, delivering, and managing safety, health, and environmental programs
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug test, hair follicle test, MVR, agility, and fit-for-duty assessment

- Proficient in computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- HES-related degree or certifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
