Job Summary
Develop and implement HES programs to integrate health, environmental, and safety practices into production and construction operations. Plan emergency response activities, conduct audits and assessments, and maintain accurate records. Handle internal and external HES reporting while developing written reports on safety and environmental matters. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies across oil and gas site locations. This 7&7 offshore and site role requires 2+ years of HES experience in the oil and gas sector, proficiency in excavation and trenching oversight, and bilingual Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in health, environmental, and safety (HES) within oil and gas operations
- Competency in excavation and trenching, lifting/hoisting operations, and safety oversight of subcontractors on job sites
- Working knowledge of HES regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels
- Experience in developing, delivering, and managing safety, health, and environmental programs
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug test, hair follicle test, MVR, agility, and fit-for-duty assessment

- Proficient in computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- HES-related degree or certifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
