Job Summary

Conduct daily inspections of projects to address safety, fire protection, and property damage prevention while enforcing ALLY and client policies on lockout/tagout, confined space, and fall protection. Submit monthly workforce and accident reports, maintain collaborative partnerships with client EHS organizations, and lead incident investigations including root cause analysis. Review and approve Job Hazard Analyses and Contractor HASPs, drive implementation of high-risk activity initiatives, and provide compliance assurance with regulatory requirements. Perform hazard assessments, develop Standard Operating Procedures, and deliver EHS training as required. Manage emergency response leadership and provide EHS performance data.

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Have a valid driver's license and properly maintained vehicle with the state minimum mandated levels of auto liability insurance
  • When driving on company business, a clean driving record, valid driver's license, properly maintained employee-owned vehicle with the state minimum mandated levels of auto liability insurance is required as a condition of employment
  • Must be a team player
  • Proven track record of success executing high hazard prevention programs; specifically: LO/TO, electrical safety, confined space entry and fall protection
  • A proven track record managing regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a campus setting and corporate style environment
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Jonas Premier and Microsoft Project

Desired Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience (or similar) preferred
  • Preferred BS in Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience
