Job Summary
Provide logistical and supportive services to the Emergency Shelter Program during designated shifts, including shelter setup, facility maintenance, and traffic control. Assist guests with housing progress discussions, perform basic searches, and conduct perimeter checks and fire watch duties. Manage administrative tasks such as daily summary sheets, record keeping, vendor order verification, and tally sheets. Engage with drivers during shuttle services and respond to phone queries while maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment. Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings, utilizing crisis intervention skills and crowd control techniques as needed.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds at times
