Job Summary
Control access to the Stadium by registering and directing visitors, verifying IDs, and operating walk-through metal detectors or Evolv machines. Conduct foot patrols, monitor designated post areas, and inspect packages, bags, and purses for prohibited items. Respond to audible alarms on HVAC and electrical equipment, assist with facility evacuations, and investigate unauthorized activity or suspicious conditions. Operate CCTV, access control systems, and security software while completing required equipment testing. Maintain 24/7 communication with the Security management team and dispatch personnel as needed. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school education or have passed a General Educational Development (GED) equivalency test
- Ability to be trained to operate a golf cart, magnetometer wand, and walk-through metal detector and Evolv machine
- Able to obtain a State of Tennessee Security Guard License
- Ability to lift, pull, push and/or carry 25-60 lbs. as necessary
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous security, law enforcement and/or military experience
