Safety and Security Officer at Lifespace Communities in Mequon, WI. Responsibilities include making scheduled rounds inside and outside the building to maintain a secure environment, scheduling and ensuring fire and disaster drills with accurate logs, maintaining security records and safety inspections, ensuring life safety equipment is functional, responding to fire alarms and emergencies, maintaining daily guard reports, controlling guest/employee/resident access with proper identification, performing light maintenance tasks, transporting residents and team members as needed, delivering packages, greeting residents and visitors, and assisting with luggage and parking as required. Requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of applicable experience, and a state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
