Safety & Security Officer

Patrol all property areas, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and conduct daily hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, administer first aid or CPR, and defuse disturbances while escorting unwelcome persons. Complete incident reports, loss prevention summaries, and daily activity reports; investigate incidents and gather evidence. Assist guests with room access, address service needs, and welcome guests according to company standards. Maintain confidentiality of all reports and documents, and comply with safety training and certifications. Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating uneven surfaces.
