Safety & Security Officer

Patrol all property areas, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, administer first aid or CPR, and defuse disturbances while escorting unwelcome persons. Complete incident reports, loss prevention summaries, and daily activity reports; maintain confidentiality of all security documents. Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties. Assist guests with room access, address service needs, and welcome individuals with disabilities. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform physical duties including moving objects up to 50 pounds, navigating uneven surfaces, and standing or walking for extended periods.
