Safety & Security Officer

Conduct rounds checking for safety hazards, verify door locks, and monitor CCTV to protect hotel guests, employees, and property. Answer phone and dispatch inquiries while maintaining visual contact with the Front Desk and Night Auditor. Investigate incidents such as thefts or assaults, administer first aid during medical emergencies, and escort guests or assist with intoxicated individuals. Open secured areas for authorized personnel, manage lost and found items, and complete incident reports in partnership with Department Head. Maintain proper uniform, attend daily briefings, and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards across Wilmington, Delaware.
