Safety & Security Officer

Conduct daily security rounds, monitor CCTV, and maintain visual contact with the Front Desk/Night Auditor while wearing proper uniform and name tags. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner, check visitor and employee IDs, and secure locked areas. Respond to alarms, investigate theft or assault complaints, administer first aid or Heimlich maneuvers, and assist with intoxicated guests or altercations. Complete incident reports, answer phones, dispatch requests, and deliver items to guest rooms as needed. Maintain radio etiquette and hold shift briefings with Guest Services staff.
