Safety & Security Officer

Conduct rounds checking for safety hazards, monitor CCTV, and respond to security alarms while maintaining visual contact with the Front Desk. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner, answer phones, and dispatch in a timely manner using proper radio etiquette. Open secured areas for authorized personnel, check IDs, and challenge suspicious persons. Assist guests with room access, medical emergencies, and deliveries, while investigating incidents and partnering with leadership to write incident reports. Maintain daily activity logs, hold shift briefings, and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
