Safety & Security Officer

Conduct security patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to alarms while maintaining visual contact with the Front Desk. Answer phone dispatch, open secured areas, and escort guests or assist with room deliveries. Investigate incidents such as thefts or assaults by partnering with leadership to write incident reports. Challenge suspicious persons, administer first aid during medical emergencies, and assist with intoxicated guests. Maintain daily activity logs, conduct rounds for safety hazards, and handle lost and found items. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, hold shift briefings with Guest Services, and deliver requested items to guest rooms as needed.
