Safety & Security Investigator

Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems; investigate and document unusual or emergency situations, assist guests or employees during emergencies, and provide first aid/CPR as required. Maintain confidentiality of security and property reports; prepare and distribute proper paperwork for outside medical treatment when needed. Conduct investigations into theft/fraud, lost items, noise, assault, food poisoning, and other incidents; assist supervisor in notifying insurance carriers per protocol. Demonstrate professional communication, written documentation, and teamwork to support security operations and guest safety; physical abilities include moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating stairs or uneven surfaces. Require CPR and First Aid certifications; some college is preferred.
