Safety, Security & Environmental Supervisor

Lead safety, security, and environmental oversight for ground fueling operations by promoting a 'Safety and Security First' culture and ensuring compliance with Menzies Manuals and local legislation. Conduct monthly health and safety inspections and audits, investigate incidents, and review injury trends to direct corrective actions. Collaborate with management to develop policies, establish safe systems of work, and implement new risk mitigation measures. Facilitate safety alerts, execute the Emergency Response Plan, and lead the station Health and Safety Committee. Report statutory breaches to management and represent Menzies at airport Safety Forums. Requires a valid G Driver's License, security clearances, and mandatory company training.
