Job Summary
Conduct on-site custodial and groundskeeping duties at the assigned location, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and maintaining landscaping. Strip and wax floors, collect trash, and perform minor equipment repairs under supervisor guidance. Immediately report any maintenance issues or safety hazards, ensuring proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials while maintaining safety supplies. Submit daily reports, paperwork, and timecards to the Supervisor. Maintain punctuality and attendance per E.Q.U.I.P. policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One year of relevant experience
- The job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, techniques, skills, materials, and landscaping methods
- Ability to determine the tools and equipment needed to do a job
- The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and legs
- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- The ability to lift between 25-50 lbs
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods in inclement weather
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Ability to operate various pieces of large equipment by company procedures and safety regulations
- The ability to make repetitive movements
- The ability to work in awkward postures
