Job Summary
Manage equipment orders, invoices, and inventory while coordinating with vendors. Track and communicate program and training status across departments, properly recording information in company databases. Prepare regulatory reports under guidance and publish team resources on Sharepoint. Occasionally travel to CA Central Valley and out-of-state projects. This role supports the Safety Team's delivery of training and program development to improve safe operations for field employees. Work closely with Permitting, Compliance, Engineering, and Project Managers to maintain a healthy safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record keeping accurate records
- Experience and knowledge of safety programs and OSHA
- Experience in interdepartmental coordination
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn an evolving industry
- Experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, Google Applications, Dropbox
- Must be proficient in English
- Occasional travel to CA Central Valley and/or out-of-state projects
- This is largely a sedentary role with some travel required. This would require the ability to walk up and down stairs, and to enter, travel in, and exit vehicles and airplanes.
