Job Summary
Lead field safety support for construction projects in California, coordinating system safety, occupational safety, environment, and construction safety for client facilities; conduct audits, develop and implement HASPs, supervise safety personnel, and facilitate incident investigations. May include air sampling and monitoring with respirator use, Confined Space and internal health & safety programs, and training program delivery. Requires strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA/OSHA/EPA regulations, risk assessment, OSHA guidelines, and ability to prepare safety reports and JHAs, review SDS records, and communicate with clients on action items.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6+ years of relevant EH&S experience in construction
- CHST certification required
- CSP certification highly preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER
- OSHA 500 Certification
- OSHA courses related to construction and remediation
