Job Summary
Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health (S&H), and Risk Management by developing and implementing site-specific safety plans and leading the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team. Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, and sub-contractors to advise on mitigation plans, training programs, and technical reports. Assist with developing Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs, managing site safety budgets, and ensuring compliance with project contracts and OSHA regulations. Conduct incident investigations and lead reviews of safety plans based on client specifications, design drawings, and existing safety systems. This role requires 6+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and expertise in ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 3100 standards. M.C. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years with a high school diploma
- 4+ years with an Associates Degree
- 0+ years with a Bachelors Degree
- Experience conducting S&H training
- Regulatory compliance expert/1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1
- Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience
- ANSI-Z10
- OHSAS 18001
- ISO 3100
- Trainer Designation - OSHA 500/502
- Occupational Safety degree from an ABET accredited program
- Previous electrical / construction / industrial /federal and commercial S&H experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to pursue Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
- Understanding of culture and culture building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office suite, including Share Point
