Job Summary
Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management by developing site-specific safety plans, coordinating with General Contractors, and leading Operational Risk Management teams. Conduct incident investigations, manage site safety budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and project specifications. Develop and implement accident prevention programs and training plans while advising project teams on mitigation strategies and technical reports. This role requires 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office. M.C. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years with a high school diploma
- 4+ years with an Associates Degree
- 0+ years with a Bachelors Degree
- Experience conducting S&H training
- Regulatory compliance expert/1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1
- Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience
- ANSI-Z10
- OHSAS 18001
- ISO 3100
- Trainer Designation - OSHA 500/502
- Occupational Safety degree from an ABET accredited program
- Previous electrical / construction / industrial /federal and commercial S&H experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to pursue Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
- Understanding of culture and culture building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office suite, including Share Point
