Job Summary
Project Manager of Safety responsible for developing and maintaining the safety program across construction projects, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements; leads safety teams at sites, conducts inspections, investigates incidents, coordinates training, and maintains safety records; collaborates with project staff, subcontractors, HR, and workers' comp representatives; requires bilingual Spanish communication and strong leadership and incident-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience in construction industry safety management
- Minimum 3 years experience managing & leading a structured safety program
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, federal, state, and local regulatory standards
- Bilingual in Spanish
- First Aid CPR
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus
- CHST & CSP certified preferred
- MS Office proficiency
