Safety Operation Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and maintain comprehensive safety protocols for track operations, including dynamic, high-speed, and ADAS testing. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards, while managing emergency response plans and training staff on incident management. Oversee the setup and enforcement of safety measures during all testing activities, ensuring strict adherence to local, international, and VinFast internal policies. Collaborate with operations teams to integrate safety workflows, train contractors, and monitor personnel standards. Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies during audits and act as the focal point for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 implementations. Maintain detailed records of audits and incidents, develop performance metrics for senior management, and manage laboratory quality management systems per ISO 17025 standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of safety management experience
- Quality assurance follow ISO 17025
- Quality assurance follow ISO 9001
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations (ISO, OSHA, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in safety reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- ISO 17025 certification
- ISO 9001 certification
- ISO 14001 certification
- ISO 45001 certification
- First Aid certification
- Fire Safety certification
