Job Summary
Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies. Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk-downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns. Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors. Assist in incident/near-miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team. Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering
- HSE Training certificates including NEBOSH
