SAFETY OFFICER PART-TIME

Campus Safety Officer (Part-Time) on weekend swing shifts on the Bellarmine campus. Responsibilities include providing campus-wide safety and security, routine patrols, crime prevention education, first responder coordination for incidents, parking enforcement, access-control support, de-escalation and professional interaction with students and staff, and operation of surveillance and two-way radio communications. Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to campus policies; requires effective written and oral communication and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Job duties emphasize patrol presence, incident response, and adherence to safety procedures during weekend hours. High school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required; prior security/safety or related experience is preferred.
