Job Summary
Safety Monitor for an adult residential care center. Responsibilities include completing rounds inside and outside the building, monitoring common areas, and responding to crises. Must pass Healthcare Worker Background Check and a Drug Test. Requires up to date experience in customer service and security (preferred). Schedule includes overnight shifts: 1st week Thu-Fri 11pm-7:30am; 2nd week Sat-Sun 11pm-7:30am. Must commute on time and clear a background check with IDPH. Prior experience in a psychiatric facility or healthcare setting, and in reception and security, is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
- 1 year security experience (preferred)
- Must pass Healthcare Worker Background Check
- Drug Test
- Background check with IDPH
- Experience in a psychiatric facility or healthcare setting similar to ours
- Experience in reception and security
