Job Summary
Lead health and safety efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001 standards. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, lead incident investigations, and support safety training and employee engagement. Oversee safety professionals and help drive a strong safety culture across the plant. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years in industrial manufacturing or construction, one year in a Safety Management role, and OSHA 30 certification. Located in Browns Summit, NC, this direct hire position demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in industrial manufacturing or Construction
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Safety Management role
- OSHA 30 certification
Desired Qualifications
- CSP, ASP, CHST, NFPA and additional OSHA certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google, and possess strong computer analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
