Job Summary
Safety Manager responsible for leading safety, security, and emergency preparedness across facilities and programs. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and insurance requirements while maintaining a trauma-informed safety environment that minimizes re-traumatization for clients, staff, and visitors. Coordinate incident response, document safety events, lead drills, and collaborate closely with Facilities, Operations, and Clinical leadership to uphold day-to-day operational stability and readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic OSHA safety standards, emergency preparedness, and incident response
- Ability to complete detailed documentation and follow chain-of-command reporting requirements
- Experience interacting professionally with clients, staff, vendors, and law enforcement
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and availability to travel between facilities as needed
- Availability for on-call incident response
