Job Summary
Update and formulate renovation plans, supervise their implementation, and analyze project quotations to ensure facilities remain sound. Coordinate with municipal engineering departments to secure a favorable external environment while managing cost-saving operations for the Engineering Department. Oversee safety and security protocols, including fire control room functions, equipment inspections, and emergency response team training. Report fire hazards and manage team motivation during this pre-opening phase in Hangzhou.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
- Has pre-opening experience
- With good communication and organization skills
- Able to manage, train and motivate the team
- Be familiar with the maintenance of Hotel's electricity distribution system
- Be familiar with the maintenance of Fire-fighting system
- Be familiar with the maintenance of Water supply system
- Be familiar with the maintenance of Lift system
- Be familiar with the maintenance of Low & high voltage electric system
