Safety Manager

Lead all safety initiatives across the Atlanta and Nashville regions, ensuring consistent implementation of company safety programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct routine branch, shop, fleet, and jobsite safety audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, including monitoring OSHA compliance and DOT adherence. Partner with operational leadership to identify risks, lead investigations for workplace injuries and near-miss incidents, and perform root cause analysis. Develop and deliver safety training programs, maintain all safety documentation, and analyze trends to drive continuous improvement. Respond to emergency situations and significant incidents as needed, including occasional after-hours support. Travel regularly between markets to provide field support and coaching.
