Job Summary
Safety Manager role focused on partnering with GC/safety teams to support construction operations, lead safety initiatives, coach on fall protection and crane management, oversee contractor safety programs, develop and implement life safety requirements, conduct site safety observations and reporting, lead safety trainings, investigate incidents, track corrective actions, and foster strong communication among RUKCO, site personnel, and client management. Requires strong written and verbal communication, collaborative work style, initiative, and ability to work with diverse teams on large-scale civil construction projects in Fort Wayne, IN. Travel willingness preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety or loss control
- Focused experience in large scale steel erection and ground up construction projects
- STS-C certification or higher through BCSP
- OSHA510 certification
