Safety Manager

Safety Manager will support the Safety Director and RMC Executive team in implementing existing safety programs, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, and mitigating risk. Responsibilities include on-site inspections, reviewing and improving procedures, conducting safety training for staff, coordinating site-specific safety plans and job hazard analyses, maintaining safety documentation, tracking incidents and violations, and providing expert guidance on OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations. Requires strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication, ability to work with internal/external stakeholders, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel includes overnight trips within Montana and neighboring states.
