Job Summary
The Safety Manager for Riggs Self Perform oversees the safety program across Northeast job sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture among employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably with Concrete, Finish and Rough Carpentry, Masonry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction standards
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Experience developing and implementing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), and Fall Protection Plans
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites regularly
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- OSHA 500 Trainer and trainer capabilities for all required training topics
