Safety Manager

Job Summary
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive safety programs that meet all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. Develop safety training programs and deliver engaging training sessions to all employees. Investigate safety incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Promote and maintain a positive safety culture by creating awareness, encouraging safe work practices, and recognizing safety achievements. Collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees to integrate safety into daily operations. Maintain accurate and detailed safety records and reports. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging safety trends, and relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or a related field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety)
- 3-5 years of experience in safety management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data collection and analysis
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
