Job Summary
Develop and execute health and safety plans by evaluating practices to assess risk and ensure legal adherence. Prepare and schedule training covering emergency procedures, workplace safety, and relevant topics. Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks while maintaining material safety data sheets, EPA/MPCA records, OSHA injury logs, and DOT driver files. Administer the worker's compensation program, including recording, investigating, and reporting claims. Support Quality Management System requirements per CEG and ISO 9001:2015, assist other CEG facilities as needed, and handle highly confidential reports and records. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Syspro, and strong organizational skills. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Extensive experience in safety and facilities
- Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Syspro computer programs
- Strong communications and interpersonal capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity that is above reproach
