Job Summary
Implement, maintain, and improve the safety management system while setting objectives to drive management commitment. Lead safety committees and forums within the unit, monitor compliance through audits and risk assessments, and manage incident investigations and corrective actions. Develop and deliver safety communication and training programs, collaborate with customers and partners on safety initiatives, and support crisis and emergency response planning. This hands-on, standalone role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of safety management experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in an industrial sector
