Job Summary
Lead and standardize EHS programs; partner with the site leader to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations; drive incident reporting accuracy, accident investigation, and corrective actions; oversee training in critical areas (LOTO, hazard communication, confined space, contractor safety, etc.); serve as the company representative with regulatory agencies; ensure proper waste management, inspections, and emergency preparedness; provide senior leadership with metrics, insights, and long-term safety strategies. Requires 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor's Degree in EHS/OSH or related field, and a proven track record in developing and implementing safety systems with measurable improvements. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing with organizational transformation responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing safety systems and technologies that have delivered measurable short-term and long-term improvements in safety performance
