Job Summary
Safety Manager ensures Haydon job sites remain focused on completing projects in a safe manner. Responsibilities include previewing projects/sites to identify safety risks, educating operations teams on lessons learned, visiting active sites to verify compliance with safety policies, collaborating with management and craft workers to implement safety solutions, conducting bi-weekly safety audits, delivering safety training programs, investigating accidents to identify root causes, monitoring daily operations for policy adherence, auditing safety incidents and inspections for timely closure, reviewing equipment inspection reports for timely repairs, maintaining safety-related reports in the technology platform, addressing non-compliance with minimum safety standards, and coordinating the Haydon Craft Safety Voice (HCSV) committee. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training (or equivalent), thorough OSHA/regulatory knowledge, understanding of construction execution and risk, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
